On Monday the 11th of  September year  5 and 6 students from Stratford Primary School Cooked up Heat On the Grill. The French Flamingos had an amazing table setting with   gorgeous pink flamingos that lit up. The Entree was amazingly delicious with sweet onion and spicy flavours. The Main was even better. Crispy bacon with Golden roast potatoes.But The dessert was a little bit of a  let down. The chocolate mousse was not set and It was too sweet. But it was overall scrumptious. I popped my head in the kitchen… It was hektik! There were about 20 people in the kitchen at once! Next time the presentation could have been better. Just those little spills on the side. The waiters were very polite. Maybe next time have more drink options because their was only coke and water. The clean up looked like a big job. Three sinks filled to the top with dishes. The French Flamingos had to start a 9.00 but had delays as to why the chocolate mousse did not set. The relaxing music was just perfect! All in all it was a great experience.
